Deliveries to EU countries and the rest of the world will be quoted on an individual basis. Please contact us on info@icfgrimsby.co.uk or call +44 (0) 1472 314000 to request a quotation.

We aim to dispatch your order within 1 working day. Email confirmation will be sent.

All orders are securely packaged and sent via post or carrier and will be received in 3-5 working days.

Whilst we make every effort to make sure that your order reaches you on time, and as we use a third party carrier, ICF Grimsby Limited, cannot be held responsible for the late delivery of an order.

Additional charges may be made to you if an item has to be returned to us by the carrier as they were unable to make the delivery.

Refunds & Exchanges

If you are not happy with a purchase for whatever reason please inform us by email ( info@icfgrimsby.co.uk ) or phone +44 (0) 1472 314000 within 7 working days and we will exchange them or refund you once the goods are received back to us.

Unwanted items may be returned within 14 days of purchase for a refund as long as the item remains unused, undamaged and is returned in the original packaging. The cost of the carriage will be the responsibility of the customer.

Damaged Goods

If your order has been damaged in transit please inform us as soon as possible on info@icfgrimsby.co.uk or call +44 (0) 1472 314000, before returning the goods to us and we will arrange an exchange or full refund. If the damage is deemed not to be the fault of the carrier or ICF Grimsby Limited we reserve the right not to issue a refund or exchange.
